Health & Safety Manager - Engineering - Lincolnshire

My client is a well-established specialist forging company based in Lincolnshire. Due to forthcoming retirement, they are searching for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to provide Health & Safety advice to all levels within the company. The successful candidate will hold NEBOSH General and have experience within the heavy engineering industry.

Health & Safety Manager Responsibilities and Duties:

*To maintain all Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
*To co-ordinate risk and environmental impact assessments and put programmes in place to make improvements.
*To perform effective accident and incident investigations to identify root cause and suitable preventative actions.
*To deliver in-house training, focusing on Health, Safety & Environmental factors.

Health & Safety Manager Experience and Qualifications required:

*NEBOSH General / Diploma
*Heavy engineering / manufacturing experience
*Manual Handling qualification (desirable)
*Appointed Persons for Lifting Operations (desirable)
*Full UK Driving License.
