A varied health and safety role working with different clients in different sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting Health & Safety audits at a variety of client sites – predominantly London and Central and Southern England.
Drafting health and safety policies, risk assessments and other required safety documentation.
Assisting with submissions to certification bodies such as CHAS, Safe Contractor etc.
Providing advice and guidance, as appropriate, after undertaking assessments and audits.
Identifying areas of non-compliance and guide clients on how to comply with relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate would also have experience of conducting Fire Risk Assessments but this is not essential as training will be provided if required.
Opportunity to deliver H&S training if you wish but not a requirement of the role.
A Diploma or equivalent in a relevant Health & Safety discipline.
Desirable to have a qualification in Fire Safety
Salary £40,000 - £45,000 per annum dependent on experience. Home based with car/van provided for work travel.
