At Weetabix, we believe that the safety of our teams should be our Number 1 priority. We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Manufacturing team to drive and deliver the Business Unit H&S strategy. This is a real chance to make 'The Difference’.
We believe in creating a culture of Health & Safety at all levels, and in this role you will be responsible for driving engagement and ownership of H&S right through the Business Unit. Key to this role is the ability to coach and influence at all levels, ensuring sustainability of improvements.REQUIREMENTS
Great! What do I need?
An experienced Health & Safety professional, you’ll need to be strong technically of course, knowing your stuff on the legislation and best practice, including NEBOSH qualified (or equivalent). Experience in Environmental is desirable, along with a relevant qualification. But this role is about more than having the policies and procedures in place. You'll also be a skilled influencer, capable or gaining stakeholder buy-in at all levels, and delivering out H&S strategy through enabling a true culture of Health & Safety.BENEFITS
