HEALTH RECORDS CLERICAL OFFICER
REF NO: HH527/10/17AC
SALARY: £16,532 - £18,903 PRO RATA
BAND 2 – HOURS: 4 (SAT & SUN EVERY 2ND WEEK)
We require a Clerical Officer to provide admin / clerical support within the Inpatient and Emergency Services Department at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
Relevant admin / clerical experience required as is the ability to prioritise and deal with the day to day workload in a busy environment. You will be required to work both independently and as part of a team.
Hours will be worked to meet the needs of the service which may include shift and weekend work if this is required.
Candidates should be educated to Standard Grade (or equivalent) with passes in English and Arithmetic. You must also have good keyboard / typing skills with the ability to work on your own initiative. Good organisational & listening skills are essential as well as a flexible approach to working. A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively required.
