Hays are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to cover sites across the UK and Ireland. Your new role
This is an intermediate level role for a Health, & Safety Advisor. The successful applicant will be involved initially across 3 main Fit out Projects. With an excellent client base your role will be reporting directly to a HSQE Manager and ensure that works are carried out safely, with best practice and under all correct legislations. You will be tasked with conducting regular site audits and inspections as directed in the Safety Management System. You will Deliver Health & Safety induction programmes and assist Site Management in drafting and communicating RAM's
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role it will be essential that you have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Construction related Health & Safety role ideally within Building or Fit Out. You will be required to hold relevant Health & Safety Certificates i.e. NEBOSH Cert and be a keen and eager individual who is ready to learn and develop further. You will also have previous experience overseeing health & safety on site. This in turn will mean you will be required to have excellent communication, training and presentation skills.
