We are now recruiting for an experienced administrator to join our Health and Safety department based at Head Office in Liverpool.

This provides administrative support to the Health and Safety department, ensuring systems are updated and maintained accurately and timely.

  • £18,007 per annum

Main responsibilities
  • Undertake a variety of administrative tasks for the department
  • Ensure Health and Safety Information Systems are updated and maintained accurately on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure Health and Safety related documentation is completed correctly, logged and filed
  • Respond appropriately and professionally to internal and external queries
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and practices
Ideal candidate
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to use an information system including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse customer group
  • Excellent written communication skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports and to present this information appropriately
  • Ability to work within tight and often conflicting timeframes
  • Experience of working in a team
  • Computer literate; Word; Excel; Outlook
  • Experience of working within Health and Safety or aÂHealth and Safety qualification is desirable but not required
