Health And Safety Administrator

Position Overview:
To provide administration support for the site HACCP Team within Q&FS. To maintain and control the documentation for the HACCP Studies for each line.
Essential Job Functions
Attend HACCP Meetings:
*Managing timetable for annual HACCP programmes
*Minute taking
*Managing Action Trackers
*Liaising with Team Leaders/operators for required information e.g. Flow Diagram, Bay Layout etc.
*Managing periodic Factory log book printing
*Gathering supporting information (Micro reporting, CAPA's, Primp, etc.).
Document Control:
*Make necessary amendments to HACCP documentation, maintaining presentation consistency across all lines
*Maintain HACCP Folders with all up to date records
*Upload and maintain all HACCP documentation on Nexus (document control system)
*Data capturing
*Coordinate the HACCP Annual Reviews
*Book meetings


*The ability to work within a team, supervised and/or unsupervised
*Attention to detail
*Ability to learn new process and software systems

*Microsoft Office (essential)
*Documentation control system (NEXUS) (advantage) - Training provided
*Basic Food Safety (advantage) - Training provided
*HACCP knowledge (advantage) - Training provided
*Basic Allergen knowledge (advantage) - Training provided as required
