Our client, a well-established and renowned company based in Harrogate are looking for an H&S Administrator to join their busy department and provide administrative support across a broad spectrum of tasks.
Working closely with and assisting the H&S Manager and H&S Officer you will be exposed to several aspects of H&S where you will develop your experience in order to progress your career.
Your typical duties will also include: inputting data, using the web-based H&S system and populating reports.
Other generalist tasks will include monitoring our contractors across the business, administrating risk assessments, liaising with fire wardens/ first aiders, ordering PPE and recording minutes.
It’s a busy and varied role, therefore you’ll need to have excellent organisational skills and a can-do attitude, coupled with the ability to work accurately with a passion for providing exceptional levels of service to both internal and external customers.
Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, advanced Excel is preferred.
