What are your responsibilities?

  • Raise attainment and examination results across Key Stages 1 and 2
  • Implement effective strategies
  • Meet the professional development needs of all staff
  • Support the Directors of Learning, Tutors and members of the SLT in the maintenance of good behaviour and discipline
  • Establish, develop and support further links with teacher training institutions
  • Lead and manage the relevant Director of Learning in preparing and managing the staff induction programme and acting as a mentor for new staff

What is required?

  • A track record of outstanding leadership
  • A true leader who inspires, empathises and chases excellence in all those around you
  • Excellent ambition and people skills
