5 Star luxury manor house hotel near Horsham is looking for a Head Pastry Chef to manage their pastry section. This is a busy high class hotel cooking to Rosette standard in beautiful surroundings.
Looking for a Head Pastry Chef who has Rosette standard cooking experience and who has managed a pastry section before. The pastry section is a brigade of 6. You need to have previous experience of running a brigade, ideally AA Rosette experience of cooking and working in either a 4 or 5 Star Hotel or busy high class all fresh food restaurant.Enjoy working under pressure while still maintaining high standards.
£37K plus tips
48 hour week, 5 days on, 2 days off
Splits and straight shifts
2 Doubles (max 3 doubles)
Accommodation to help with relocation only for 2 to 4 weeks.
Must be living and working in the UK
Less than 5 miles from mainline station.
