This is an exciting unique opportunity to join one of London's leading Estate Agencies, in their Head Office as their Team Administrator. This role is a crucial part of ensuring all of my client's customers receive five-star customer service and that all administrative duties are efficiently followed through. This is an amazing opportunity to play a big part in very busy Head Office team.

Duties of the Head Office Administrator
*Tenancy and Property Management administrative duties
*Dealing with deposits, invoices and tenancy agreements
*Conduct Right to Rent checks
*Liaising with contractors and utility companies on a daily basis
*Ensuring al meetings are coordinated and that meeting rooms are representing the company's high customer service
*Front desk cover

*An ability to work swiftly to deadlines accurately and efficiently
*Meticulous attention to detail
*To be fully IT literate
*An ability to interagreat and support a large team
*To be able to meet challenging demands with energy and enthusiasm
*A hands on approach and can do attitude
*Excellent customer service skills
*Excellent organisation skills

Package for the Head Office Administrator
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
£21,000

This is a role is based on supporting a large team in a very busy environment. It also offers variety and needs someone who can be flexible when needed in return. This role offers a great opportunity to have a varied and exciting career in the property industry.
