Head of Technical

My Client is currently on look out for a new Head of Technical to head up there new project. This company is growing rapidly year on year and currently have a brand new project taking place a stones throw away Victoria.

In this role you will be heading up a £270 million site, which consists of 594 units with an RC Frame. For the right candidate my client is willing to pay a salary between £90,000 - £105,000 + a competitive package.

Requirements:

  • Ensuring that staff reporting to you meets the required standards.
  • Maintain an overview of the architectural design on developments which you are assigned.
  • Ensure that the design complies with the Division's standards.
  • Promote design that respects budgetary constraints.
  • Directly manage Technical Coordinators, Technical Administrators and Document Controllers.
  • Ensuring that staff reporting to you meets the required standards.
  • To technically design and manage schemes ensuring that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality, cost effectiveness and build ability of the design.
  • It will be your responsibility to ensure that you and your team respond to company and departmental objectives and deliver them to company standard and timescale.
  • Responsible for ensuring that staff reporting to you uphold the company's values and meet the required standards to deliver the programme.
