Head of Talent and People Development

A Talent and People Development Manager position has become available with a leading Wiltshire based brand In this role you will be responsible for the professional development of all employees, ensuring that talent is managed appropriately and a succession planning strategy embedded. Other key accountabilities will include:

Working with senior management on Organisational Development.
Develop a structured mentoring and coaching program.
Analyse employee life cycles.
Workforce planning.
Leadership Development programmes
Talent Development

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience working across multiple organisations developing Talent/Management/Leadership development programmes whilst also demonstrating best in class project management, planning and organisation skills. A strong Organisational Development background is also important. Ideally CIPD or equivalent plus any International exposure would be beneficial.
