Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic supply chain professional to join their business based in Lincolnshire.
You will be tasked with leading inbound, outbound and planning teams in the factory. This will include delivery and phasing of the plan for the main KPI's- stock, waste, and forecasting accuracy. You will coordinate and look to improve product availability, replenishment processes and general stock management. Constantly analysing in which areas, the business is performing well and why, conversely which is underperforming and reasons why.
You will need to develop skills in systems (SAP, Arolink, customer systems and others) and in operations (inspection, pressing, stock control, picking, mechanical handling and others) across the entire department.
Previous experience within a Senior Supply Chain Manager role in a is key to being a successful applicant and having worked in a fast-moving environment essential. A Proven track record of problem solving is required, leading projects and experience across different facets of the supply chain.
