Head of Software Development

RP Analytics are working with a company that are at the forefront of cloud based innovation. They offer a range of data, software, website and marketing services helping clients save money and gain better insight into their business.

We are looking for a Hands-On Head of Software Development to help drive the company forward to capitalise on recent success.

Its a great opportunity to join a business that have been nominated for a host of awards sending shockwaves across the industry.

You will be responsible for the overall architecture and development of application services to support the end-to-end IT solutions required by the business. Along with managing a team of up to 15 Developers (C# ASP.NET MVC) including Trainee Developers, Senior Developers and Architects.

Experience required:

You will have experience in leading / managing a team, with the ability to drive continuous improvement through innovation and staff motivation.

Ability to think strategically, establish clear direction and implementing plans to delivered within a fast paced environment.

Demonstrate an excellent indepth understanding of Microsoft Technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC)

Deep understanding of application architectures and system development methodologies (Agile)
