Our client is going to offer the biggest technology breakthrough within the telecommunication industry for some time. As part of their significant growth strategy they are looking for a Head Of Sales to spearhead a number of new initiatives, someone who is passionate about media communications and is capable of growing their ground-breaking solutions.

The key focus will be to create specific telecommunication solutions, developing and executing sales through a broad range of enterprises, encompassing affiliate partnerships, local government, the community and SMEs. Your remit will be to develop the annual sales plan, to build relationships both nationally and locally and to create and execute local marketing initiatives, supported by a sales and campaign team. The role requires strong executive leadership skills along with the ability to execute and contribute towards the delivery of sales results. You will collaborate closely with senior business development, product and sales leadership to drive alignment and build pipelines to expand revenue in the strategic channels.

To apply, you will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenges that rapid growth creates. You should have a consistent record of leadership in a high performing sales/business development organization, with proven success of building partnerships with a wide range of companies. Experience with leading and closing complex deal negotiations and alliances will also be key, together with knowledge of pricing strategies and negotiation tactics. You will also be an inspirational leader capable of establishing credibility with customers and internal stakeholders quickly. It is likely you will currently be operating within the telecoms, utilities or technology sectors.
