Head of Sales - Healthcare, Technology - Some National Travel

Our client is a leading expert in the field of Technology and Healthcare, with an impressive client list and an excellent reputation. With further expansion they are looking grow their team with the addition of a Head of Sales who will oversee and manage the activity of the business development function and it's team members.

Up to £75,000 depending on experience including car allowance (national travel is involved)

25% Bonus, Pension Scheme and 23 Days annual leave, plus bank holidays

Full Time, Permanent

  • Provide leadership in the development and growth of Sales Team through robust people development and performance accountability
  • Be a strong leader and have the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Assist the Commercial Director in designing, developing and implementing scalable best practice processes to maximise pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-team collaboration
  • Have the ability to identify, analyse, segment, target and win new business opportunities
  • Foster collaborative working relationships throughout the sales cycle in pursuit of the of the company’s overall business goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimises a clear path to high growth
  • Manage strategic partnerships and client relationships to drive profitable revenues across all channels
  • Develop long-term plans and budgets for the sales function
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate and adequate lead inflow to reach targeted objectives
