Job Title - Head of Sales - Commercial Insurance
Contract - Permanent
Salary - GBP50,000 - GBP60,000
Location - Lancashire

Our client, one of the few household names in Commercial and Corporate insurance who can truly boast the title of being independent, are looking for a clearly proven and established Account executive who wants to take their career to the next level. This opportunity will see you developing a well performing team of Account Executives as well as looking after some large corporate accounts.

The Role:-
- Our client has been trading for many years and are looking for an experienced individual to join their successful company.

- As a Senior Partner you will drive your team through sales mentoring, performance management and a hands on approach.


- As Head of Sales you will be crucial to the success of this expanding local business, looking after a team of around 10 sales and service driven individuals
- Be capable and organised, you'll co-ordinate all sales and customer service activity, get involved in special campaigns and projects along the way
- Manage an account of corporate clients
- Driven and efficient, you inspire trust in those around you
- Above all though, you'll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team.

Role Requirements:-

- Previous experience in Commercial/Corporate insurance
- Experience of developing, leading and motivating a sales team
- Proven success of meeting performance targets in a sales environment
- Experience of working to business plans to increase sales and service focus
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Effective coaching skills
- Commercially minded and proven industry awareness
- Excellent time management and personal organisation
- Commercial experience essential in a broking or sales management role.
- ACII desirable but not essential
