Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head of Retail for a well known charity retailer covering the Blackpool area.
Managing an area of 16 stores, you will need to be commercially aware, driven, well organised and hands on. You will also have the passion and leadership skills to motivate your team to maximise profits and drive sales.
You will have full P&L accountability over your stores.
You will recruit and train a strong team and develop and train competent managers.
You will keep track of store targets & KPI's and support your teams in order to reach and exceed them.
You will implement sales driving strategies and develop strong relationships by training retail partners on brand standards in order to achieve sales results.
The ideal manager will have at least 3 years Area Management experience, and have a real passion for customer service. They will also have a strong KPI background and a commercial flare. They will be outgoing, fun and be up for a challenge!
You will have full P&L accountability, be a strong KPI manager and know how to lead and motivate a team to reach and exceed their goals.
You will know how to inspire your staff and managers in order to develop a strong and effective team.
You will be a brand ambassador and always work in a professional manner.
