An award winning insurance organisation are looking for a Head of Regional Claims to join their North of England operations team. The organisation has an outstanding reputation within the insurance market and their client retention rate is a testament to the level of service and cover they provide.
You will be responsible for the driving, embedding and monitoring operational excellence across all claims handling activity within the region. You will need to fully analyse the market and team performance data, highlighting any anomalies and recommending improvement or changes in order to optimise capital expenditure and business profitability.
Our client is seeking a Cert CII qualified individual with experience in claims management. You will need to be able to make things happen at a department or divisional level by challenging conventional thinking. The client requires an individual with a solid track record of heading and managing operations and leading organisational change. You will also require knowledge of UK GI insurance market claims trends and issues.
A basic salary of up to £95,000 is available dependent upon experience. You will also be granted a company car plus a competitive bonus.
