*Corporate Retail Division has offices across Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, & Belfast.
*Handling large corporate clients paying upwards of £10K fee, typically FTSE 350 +, or largest independently owned businesses in the UK.
*Handling some of the largest businesses around, many with £1BN + turnovers often with complex or global requirements.

*Home based, but with national remit
*Leading the regional claims team of around 20 people, coaching, mentoring and developing the team.
*Responsible for reinvigorating the UK claims proposition, developing the strategy and executing delivery in order to create a market leading claims proposition and operation.
* Developing the claims proposition and creating a function which truly adds value to clients and is an important sales tool for Producers.
*Acting as the most senior claims person in the regional business.
*Providing claims consultancy and advocacy service to major corporate clients.
*Working across all major classes of insurance including, EL, PL, Property, PI, Travel, Disease
*Meeting with clients regularly to manage the claims account.
*Developing claims procedures and guides for clients.
*Supporting clients in improving their claims process and creating an efficient claims experience.
*Developing MI reporting and data analysis.
*Using data to drive process improvement, claims defensibility, and planning around predictability.
*Supporting Producers with new business projects, presentations and winning major accounts.
*Support Producers to clearly and effectively articulate the claims proposition to prospects and potential new clients.
*Identify and facilitate access to risk management services designed to improve the client`s claims profile.
*Building and maintaining relations with insurers, working together to better design process and procedures for clients.
*Driving improvement to control cost on behalf of clients.
*Providing MI to monitor improvement
*Providing advice on how a claims should be settled.
The Person Specification
*The successful candidate will likely have 10 years + claims experience and have significant experience in leading claims teams.
*Candidates from either, legal, broking, loss adjuster, insurer or in-house backgrounds to be considered.
*Excellent cross class technical claims knowledge required.
*Excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence at all levels including senior decision makers in blue-chip organisations.
*Demonstrable track record of building successful client and prospect relationships with large corporates.
*Strong level of knowledge and ideas as to how to reinvigorate and drive improvement of a claims function.
*The successful candidate will be highly personable, credible and have high levels of drive and energy.
