Head of Property Management

This is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious individual to join this well-established independent estate agency in the London Borough of Richmond. The company is looking to recruit a Head of Property Management to manage their Property Management, Tenancy Progression and Accounts teams.

To be considered, you will have had experience as a Property Management team leader or manager as you will be running a good-sized team, meaning that strong leadership and business development skills are vital.

Your role will involve, holding morning meetings and running through any problems the department may have, monitoring tenancy documents, monitoring maintenance works, overseeing and dealing with issues for the whole portfolio, handling audits, and much more!

Personal specification:

• Comprehensive property management experience and a clear understanding of the moving in process
• Experience and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task lots of duties and demanding clients
• Extensive background in customer care and administration
• Have a full driving licence and your own a car.

The basic salary for this role will be up to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience and expertise of the successful candidate. The working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm.
