Our client is a fantastic multi office agent with a long and proven track record of success and they are looking for the perfect candidate to head up the management of their large lettings portfolio in the role of HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ensuring the portfolio is managed and developed whilst overseeing a team.
- Comprehensive property management and lettings knowledge
- Awareness of legislative changes within the industry both current and upcoming
- Ideally ARLA qualified or equivalent or willing to undertake level 3 exams
- High commercial awareness with P&L experience
- Confident and experienced in conducting 1-2-1 meetings and staff appraisals
- Able to deal with complaints professionally
- Amazing customer service and well presented
- Must be a fantastic motivator and also able to mentor
- Must be able to work to deadlines in pressurised situations
- Full understanding of data protection and other relevant policies
