Head of Property Management, E8 - £50K OTE

EA Recruitment have been instructed by one of our clients, a dynamic and forward thinking independent estate agency with offices covering the prime areas of London to recruit a Head of Property Management to oversee their successful and well established portfolio. Currently with a team of 3 in Property Management and plans to further develop the business this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to step up or an established Head of Property Management to increase their package. The role offers unusually full autonomy in the role and the chance for long term much further career developement. Interviews are taking place now.

The role:

Overseeing the Property Management Department (team of 3)

Dealing with Landlords/tenants and building strong relationships

Dealing with Property repairs and planned maintenance

Dealing with move ins and move outs

Ensuring all lettings legislation and compliance is met

Dealing with rent collection and arrears

Serving notices 8, 21 and handling evictions

Dealing with change of tenancies and amendments to ASTs

Handling DPS and deposit returns

Ensuring the service standards of the team and department are consistently high

Generate new business and build up the property management portfolio

The requirements:

Must have 5 years + experience within Residential Property Management

Must have experience within a Senior Property Management position

CFP experience is essential

Must have a thorough experience in all aspects of Property Management including evictions and accounts

Driving Licence and own car

ARLA qualification

The benefits:

£35K Salary + commission (£50k + OTE)
