As Head of Product Management you will gather and analyse data and business intelligence from various sources and use it to inform the creation of a roadmap and commercialisation strategy that anticipates the needs of customers and drives the company's mission to continue its profitable growth and global market expansion across different sectors.
You will lead and grow an exceptional team, currently two, to execute the strategy and drive organisational focus and alignment. You'll be collaborating with technology and research teams, deploying efficient processes, defining KPIs and product success metrics for product delivery.
There's currently a remote interview process and the ability to work from home; in time you'll join accomplished colleagues in the London office for two days a week with the rest at home (or more days in the office if preferred).
Requirements:
*You have strong commercial experience in a B2B product management position
*You have experience of taking a product (not just a feature) from initial concept, through finding product market fit, developing a go-to market strategy, launch and iterative refinefinement
*You're a data driven decision maker with strong analysis and problem solving skills
*You have experience of managing and retaining high performance teams
*You have advanced communication and collaboration skills
