Reporting to the Director of Development, the Head of Plumlife Sales key responsibilities are to lead high performance in the team, to be innovative and aspirational in the market positioning of Plumlife, to lead the sales, resales and marketing functions and position Plumlife as sector leader.

The role is highly influential within the wider Development team with an important role to play in the future delivery of new homes for sale; these sales support the organisation’s aspirational Development Strategy. Working with a cohort of other Heads of Service in the Directorate there is an inclusive environment within which to thrive and connect sales and marketing into the heart of growth activity.

About You:

The successful candidate will be an experienced sales leader with demonstrable experience of formulating and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies and a track record of leading and developing sales teams, enabling them to consistently achieve their targets.

You should have proven experience in a property sales management role including knowledge of shared ownership as a product and demonstrable commercial acumen and experience of sales in the private sector and affordable sales sectors.

It is desirable if you have a degree level qualification or relevant professional membership. Experience of marketing, PR and branding is essential.
