The Opportunity:

This firm are currently looking for a Conveyancer to join the team as Head of Plot Sales within their leading Birmingham Real Estate team.

You will get the opportunity to work with autonomy to manage a growing, highly-successful department and to continue this growth moving forwards. The position will require an ambitious individual who is keen to win business and create long lasting relationships with developers.

What do I need to apply?

Though no formal qualification is necessary, you will have extensive Conveyancing experience and will be used to working with developer clients

Knowledgeable about the Plot Sales process including site set-ups

Supervisory experience will be an advantage

Excellent business development skills
