This international agency works with a range of clients on CRM, loyalty programmes, consultancy and research projects across the world and are experts in running sophisticated data-led marketing campaigns across multiple customer segments, providing analytical support, insight and marketing advice to improve customer engagement and retention.
As a result of further growth they are seeking a Head of Planning who will be responsible for leading the planning capability for the business and liaising with internal and external clients, to create and shape client strategies for CRM and loyalty programmes across multiple channels. In this role, you will be the linchpin of the entire implementation and strategic process and be involved in full cycle projects from defining requirements, planning data strategy and working with the development and analytical teams to lead the optimisation process post campaign.
You will already have a wealth of experience in a similar agency role with a CRM or a data planning background, developing CRM marketing campaign strategies and campaign evaluation to enable effective measurement of campaigns. This will be combined with experience in mapping customer journeys and developing effective communications programmes. You will have a solid understanding of data, databases and process and experience of briefing analysis projects, working with analysts to produce recommendations and insight. Central London.
