This flagship role has been newly created to manage and lead a perms white collar division on a National scale - sectors include commercial (for example, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing etc), Engineering and Logistics to name a few.

You will possess the right blend of skills to take their career and my client’s perm teams, to the next level.
Having placed with this client at a senior level on several occasions, I am aiming to catch the attention of those indidviuals who can fully demonstrate very relevant experience and an excellent proven track record to date.
The package is excellent, with a significant amount of bonus to be earned, together with private healthcare, pension and a healthy car allowance to reflect the seniority and high profile of the role. In addition to the operational and logistical responsibilities, you’ll need a passion for developing your own people and facilitating their personal growth, coaching and mentoring. Whilst you won’t be billing yourself in this role, previous experience of working through the ranks from Consultant to Manager within a perm environment is very relevant. You will have extensive knowledge of candidate attraction strategies, maximising every potential opportunity and that you keep up to date in this every changing environment. The board will be heavily influenced and reliant on your input and with a direct line of reporting to the Op’s Director you can be confident of receiving the backing and resources needed to be a success.
