OK well it’s fair to say that this role is a little different to other roles we’ve recruited and it won’t be for everyone. If you like structure, procedure, basically safe, then don’t read any further. If however you like the idea of a start-up agency with the backing of a global media network, somewhere you can shape the future of the agency and build your own castle then your mouth should be starting to water right about now.

This is the chance to lead and build a team of talented planners and account managers to be the best they can be. The nature of a start-up means that you’ll have to enjoy getting your hands dirty but you’ll also get plenty of exposure to the board and senior clients.

You’ll definitely come from a performance media planning background and you’ll have plenty of team leadership experience. You’ll need to be genuinely driven and ambitious and ready for a thrilling ride.

This role would suit two levels of person - someone who has already been there and done it and wants to do it again, only this time with autonomy and authority. Or it would work for a frustrated Business Director looking for a move into a number one role.
