Head of PE Department needed in a village Secondary School!

Reed Education Cambridge are currently working with a great school on an exciting new role in the Norfolk area.

Starting soon, the school are looking for a PE teacher to join them and run the PE department on a long term basis.

The School:
• The school is in a great local secondary school that prides itself on providing the best education for their students
• The school believes in a high level of respect on all levels, from top to bottom and vice versa
• They believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment for the pupils to academically achieve their potential and beyond

The Role:

• You will be taking on the responsibilities of a full-time PE Head of Department
• You will be running the department, working closely with other members of PE staff and the leadership team to produce the best possible results for all students
• The role would come with TLR pay add ons
• All sorts of applicants welcome for the role, whether you have leadership experience or not the school will listen to anyone passionate and serious about PE and running a department

What you will need:
• PGCE, BEd, SCITT, TRN, QTS
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching PE and leading a department
• Eligibility to work in the U.K
• U.K address
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (We can provide this)
