We've just registered an exciting opportunity for a permanent Head of Patient Care to undertake a pivotal role in the smooth day to day running of a prestigious clinic, based in the heart of London's medical district in Marylebone, and lead, motivate and organise the patient care team and liaising closely with the team of doctors, Practice Manager and management team to ensure excellent communication and patient care & service throughout the clinic.

Your role will be to maintain the efficient utilisation of Patient Care team employees (through use of rotas, scheduling or temporary staff) for patient care, phones, email & secretarial support. This will help ensure that the Patient Care team deliver outstanding levels of patient care and service, pre, during and post-consultation.

You must have 5-7 years' experience of working in a premium, customer-focused business, ideally in the healthcare or private medical sector. You must also have a proven track record of working in a busy working environment and dealing with a high volume of patient/customer enquiries.

You should also hold a degree in business management, psychology or a science discipline
