WHO WE ARE:
A medium sized business that have been through a significant period of change and have several large projects still outstanding.
It is due to this change that the organisation have created this new position to lead on all aspects of Organisational Change and development.
Working with the senior directors and analysing the culture, performance and capability of the organisation. This position will be managing all aspects of leading the organisational design and delivering change. Within this will manage all aspects of learning, culture, engagement, talent and leadership.
You will also be responsible for taking the leadership within learning & development.
This role will also be critical in leading on aspects of change and project work.
Being a senior position will also line manage several managers within the organisation.
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- Degree educated and a post graduate in Organisational Development and Change.
- Must demonstrate up to date knowledge within Organisational development, learning & development and talent management.
- Demonstrate delivered Organisational Design projects
- Experience in transformation change
