I've recently partnered with an exciting company who are looking to bring in some new talent to support their fast growth. This newly created role, a Head of Logistics & Customer Service, is an excellent opportunity to take a lot of responsibility in an exciting business with huge potential, with excellent scope for development and progression.
This role will have significant responsibility for international and domestic growth, logistics, customer service and significant management responsibility across the team. Working closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders, you'll have a huge amount of ownership of strategy and operations across the business!
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 5+ years experience in Logistics, Operations & Customer Service, with experience of 3PL management, international logistics and customer service
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong management experience
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Degree is preferable but not essential
