The client is an award-winning full service marketing agency, both traditional comms and digital, with an impressive and varied client base, operating across a range of markets sectors. The business has significantly grown its footprint and client base in the last year, and this position will take responsibility for the management and development of all operational and service delivery matters, allowing the Directors to focus on new business development, client acquisition and account management.
This is a comprehensive operations management role, and will have oversight of scheduling; quality and cost control; management of creative and Project / Account Management personnel, including recruitment; and contributing to pitch and tender activities. There is a core internal team to manage and build upon, as well as a range of contract and freelance suppliers involved on a project-by-project basis, and the role may be overseeing, coordinating and managing twenty or so people at any time. You will be expected to develop and strengthen project management process, and provide ideas, continuous improvement, and best practise in all client delivery / client service related activities, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects, whilst maintaining exceptional quality, consistency of service, and customer experience throughout.
Candidates will have operational management and leadership experience within a service delivery led business, ideally within an agency or marketing environment, although this is not a prerequisite, and candidates may have experience within broader service or Business Process Outsourcing sectors.
