This role will give you an opportunity to create, shape and deliver the ongoing continuous improvement strategy for the business area, introducing and communicating change and transforming how they interact driving improvements not only from a process perspective but also from a stakeholder satisfaction point of view.
The scope of this role will allow you to manage key stakeholder relationships covering many different tasks both internally and externally - you will require outstanding communication and influencing skills to achieve the expected outcomes.
This senior level position assumes significant responsibility for a business area where you will engage and inspire staff, as well as several key external relationships to implement and improve processes and policies
I am keen to speak with suitably experienced candidates who have a strong commercial and operational background in transformation, ideally within a Lean/Six Sigma orientated role.
