We are now looking for an exceptional individual to come in and head up our motivated Operations team, working across a portfolio of multi-million-pound events. You will be working closely with the Managing Director, Event Directors and wider teams to set and manage all operational aspects of our portfolio.
*Take full ownership over operational budgets, planning and forecasting
*Team management (4 people)
*Manage all venue, contractors, staff, suppliers and speaker logistics
*Contract negotiation, floor planning, deliver sponsorship & exhibitor benefits
This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Operations Manager to take the next step in their career in a role with limitless autonomy. We are looking for an experienced, organized and methodical individual who thrives on a challenge and loves what they do!
*A minimum of 4-5 years of experience working on large-scale events
*Solid team management experience - mentoring, coaching and goal-setting
*Clear budget management and cost control experience
*Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
*Strategic with strong attention to detail
