Head of Operations- Dunfermline- Technical - Salary DOE

My client who is a Technical Solutions Provider for transport in the local area, are looking for a Head of Operations to join their growing team. You will be responsible for the workload of the 1st/2nd line NOC team, as well as Technical Account Managers.

As the Head of Operations you will have:

  • Line Management experience
  • ITIL qualification
  • Experience of a Support and Delivery Environment
  • Experience with WI-FI systems

You must be happy to travel internationally as needed, as well as travel to Kent where the head office is based.
