Contact Centre Partners is working closely with a rapidly expanding organisation during, what is a very busy period of positive change. As part of a restructure; a newly created role of Head of Collections is now being recruited to.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing one of the business's commercial income channels and will lead and manage a group of Collections Team Managers who in turn, will look after a team of agents.
The Head of Collections will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the service and will lead on maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction by working to meet and exceed the highest service standards.
You will be strategically minded in an operational sense and will work with other stakeholders from change and improvement teams to ensure that revenue collection is maximised without stepping outside of legislation guidelines.
Strong interpersonal, organisational and people management skills are essential along with the ability to engage and communicate positively with stakeholders of all levels. You will come from an established customer service organisation; ideally one which has undergone significant change to enable the business to be driven forward.
