Our client are looking for a dynamic leader to become a key member of the Company’s senior management team. This is an exciting opportunity to join their agile, innovative and high performing business at a critical point in their evolution.
As their Head of Networks, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and management of all aspects of Network Operations. You will nurture a culture of operational and customer service excellence by building and leading high-performing, multi-disciplined operational teams. Ahead of the submission of the next Business Plan, you will also play a key part in the development of the Company’s strategy and lead the ongoing transformation of the Networks business.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level (or have equivalent qualification) and will have previously held leadership roles in the wider utilities sector. With a demonstrable track-record of constructing and developing high-performing teams, you’ll be comfortable leading change and have the ability to drive a wide-ranging programme of work beyond the 'day-job’. Furthermore you will have credibility, strong influencing skills, personal drive and ambition to make a real and lasting difference in a critical and highly visible part of our organisation.
