Established in the early 90's my client is a growing business, Doubling its revenues over the last three years and are looking to treble the size of the business by July 2022. Focused on bringing in new business and retaining their current clients. They have a reputation in the market as the "anti-consultants" delivering across the full spectrum of clients from small businesses through to bluechip organisations. Described by their customers as flexible, dynamic and innovative they pride themselves expanding into Organisation change, Talent Development and Recruitment and their outplacement services a market leading. They have a flexible approach to working which include a blended client site and homeworking model, along with London hubs. They have also invested heavily in technology such as Salesforce and SharePoint over the last 18 months to make it as easy as possible for our people to stay connected to one another, to their clients and to be productive in and out of the office.


The Head of marketing role will be pivotal to the successful growth plans and the long term stability of the business. They're going through an organisational restructure and need an adjustable, well rounded and creative Head of Marketing to join the senior management team,

The "Business Critical" parts of this role are

  • Creating the strategies, implementing a new website/ website redesign.
  • Telling the story of the reorganisation through digital channels
  • Drive revenues whilst building brand recognition and perception in the professional services marketplace
  • Diagnosing, designing and delivering our marketing strategy which consistently delivers 3x growth over the next 4 years.
  • Grow the brand and our presence in the marketplace amongst buyers.
  • Grow our community of CxO and HRD's and related professionals.
  • Set and administer a marketing budget.
  • Guide day to day activities with respect to marketing and brand, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Be the custodian of customer data and customer insight.
  • Building brand, channel specific and appropriate campaigns, deeper use of CRM and data insights, digital performance marketing, key communities' builds via events and dialogues.
  • Conduct regular market mapping to assess and understand our complex marketplace, enabling us to always understand our market share and create insight and messaging that set us apart from our competitors.
  • Gain deeper customer insight which enable you to create future-proof brand strategies that translate into integrated strategic plans for core customers and insight-based personas and customer journeys.Refine our customer value proposition working in close connection with the CEO, BD Directors
