Can you champion brand and reputation whilst leading on collective marketing and individual giving fundraising campaigns? Are you looking for a role which nurtures your strategic and analytical skills to support donors? If you can answer 'yes' to these questions then we are delighted to be working with this wonderful Hospice Charity in Essex for a Head of Marketing and would love to hear from you!
The role of Head of Marketing exists to manage and develop all aspects of the Charity's marketing and communications to improve brand awareness and their profile along with working to maximise donor giving opportunities and increase net income from individuals through appeals, regular giving programmes and legacies. The Charity are a first-class provider of care and support to families and children with life-limiting conditions.
The role is a varied one and involves working across care and fundraising departments and on many projects at any given time across a variety of channels. The role also has 2 direct reports.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in marketing and communications, who also has experience of planning and executing direct marketing appeals. You should have an understanding of how to use social media to engage new audiences and provide excellent customer care.
