THE ROLE OF HEAD OF MARKETING:
Be responsible for the development of the Go to Market strategy and annual marketing plan for Professional Services.
Manage key stakeholders, including sales, to define commercial objectives and specific marketing requirements.
Own Go to Market strategy and associated multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate leads, opportunities and closed sales.
Work with the Digital, Event, Ops and Content centre of excellence to deliver best in class, fully optimised global marketing campaigns.
Understand the global landscape and whitespace opportunity for lead generation in existing and new markets.
Develop ABM strategies to generate upside within existing accounts and digital marketing strategies for lead generation within appropriate market sectors.
Excellent understanding of Performance channels to drive quality traffic (paid, earned, owned) and Marketing Qualified Leads.
Work with Ops Lead to utilise CRM, Marketing Automation and other digital marketing technology to deliver marketing programmes.
Manage and own marketing budget, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved within budget and ROMI expectations.
Work with Content Leads to develop a bespoke content strategy for Professional Services to drive awareness, thought leadership, interest, intent and lead generation.
Manage key and influential business stakeholders to ensure buy-in and visibility of the overall marketing strategy and channel plan.
Analyse marketing activity and create dashboard for regular stakeholder updates on Marketing Performance
Where possible develop best practice blu-prints which can be shared with local markets for regional deployment to maintain consistency and drive operational efficiency.
