Forward Role are proud to be working with a luxury fashion brand based in Manchester! This is a brand new role for the company and would head up the marketing team whilst they continue their rapid growth globally. They are looking for a commercial Head of Marketing to drive sales through multichannel marketing. With forecasts to double T/O in 2018 they need an experienced marketer from an ecommerce background to join their fun but ridiculously driven team!
? Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to
? Generate revenues that lead to sustainable year on year growth whilst increasing share value, optimising
cash and driving profitability.
? Vision to Execution; enabling growth through taking the vision and being strategically agile, a proactive
planner and tenacious executer, bringing success by getting everyone aligned.
? Communicating with Finance department on income forecasts and actuals
? Understanding of the market and competitive landscape to create competitive detailed growth plans for
? Supporting directors and Global Manager with business development and market research.
? Management of the sales and marketing budget
? Examine and analyse sales figures, advise on and monitors marketing campaigns and promotional
? Lead and systemise social media strategy and approach
? Develop strategies to increase client loyalty and maximise sales opportunities
? Increase conversion rate and quality hits to site
? Lead the email marketing strategy
? Develop strategy to increase quality data collection
? Development of CRM system.
? Understand the requirements of existing clients to ensure their needs are being met and to learn how to
meet future needs.
? Find new opportunities to pitch and acquire from new clients and manage client relationships (new and
? Maintenance, communication and refinement of the brand identity and brand book
? Lead ambassador programme & partnerships
? Project manage the development of all brand and marketing content and materials such as: Photography,
Video content, Digital assets, Brand and website copy with clear consumer messages, Sales support aids,
Promotional material, PR tool kits
? Leading sales & marketing team
? Scaling & systemising the core sales activities for consistency, solving problems, pipeline and sales plan
control and ensuring high Client delight.
