Head of Marketing for Beauty Brand

My client is a multi-brand organisation holding the sole UK distribution rights to a Global Beauty brand and an internationally acclaimed luxury annual event. With their Head Office based in Windsor, their brands are synonymous with luxury lifestyle, cutting-edge biotechnology and high end skincare.

An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing to report directly into 2 Managing Directors representing each brand.

The role will be responsible for managing the short and long term Marketing strategy, to ensure that the organisation achieves its projections to increase sales and customer engagement.

The Head of Marketing will have daily control of the marketing budget, management and development of the team as well as managing external PR agencies. Whilst the role focusses on conventional marketing activity, digital marketing will be an area that you will manage the strategy of whilst supported by a Digital Marketer. The creative execution of the brand presence through retail and Home Shopping Channel will also be a large focus of this role.

The role will be measured on ROI, on-schedule delivery of projects, strong cost and agency control as well as the increase in traffic and unit sales.

The successful candidate for this role will be a passionate and ambitious senior marketing professional with a proven track record within a beauty brand. You will have experience of consumer retail marketing, consumer database management and digital channels as well as strong agency interaction expertise. As an inspirational manager you will have the ability to drive success through your team to ensure that the brand story is powerful and consistent through all media.


Defining and delivering a Marketing Strategy for the following sales channels: - High street, Online, Professional, Television

Managing PR agency

Managing the CRM system

Recruiting and managing a team of 3 marketing staff

Defining and delivering a Marketing Strategy for two events

Implement, streamline and improve current processes

Developing a cohesive team able to compete in a highly competitive luxury market

Set strategy and oversee Social Media activity

Create an effective advertising strategy with the directors

Generate and demonstrate positive ROI directly attributed to your marketing spend

Experience Required;

A successful track record in defining and delivering a marketing strategy for a beauty brand

Experience in B2B & B2C marketing and innovative solutions

Strong creative flare

Experience of assisting and supporting growth in an SME

Experience of marketing services in a product-related company

Engaging and proactive approach with excellent communication skills

Proven man-management & team-building skills
