We are looking for somebody fashion forward and highly creative who can bring ideas to the table and help to manage a small but growing team as they continue to grow their online and retail business.
We are looking for an established Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing with an excellent level integrated marketing experience, campaign management and cross-functional team leadership skills. This is a highly influential role responsible for driving the smooth delivery of an exciting brand repositioning project, international store launches, as well leading the continued growth and development of their global ecommerce platform and digital channels.

Reports into the CEO, directly responsible for a team of 6, overseeing marketing, PR, web and creative functions
Guardian of the brand ensuring all assets and communication is engaging, brand appropriate and consistent across all channels
Responsible for the development and delivery of global marketing strategy, working across international markets, managing key stakeholder and agency relationships
Developing and optimising robust eCRM program, website content, SEO, Affiliates and social media, driving quality acquisition and retention of traffic
Lead on content marketing strategy, overseeing all on-site copy for banners, category pages, features pages, e-shots, newsletters, blogs and social posts
Responsible for the planning and creation of large scale integrated campaigns, advertising and media spend, partnerships and collaborations to raise the brand profile
Analysing campaigns in weekly reports and identifying areas of opportunity to drive ROI, reporting directly to the CEO and COO and bringing all marketing activity on time and on budget
Devising and executing the online critical path, initiating new ideas and liaising with the offline retail hub to ensure the Omnichannel Brand synergy
Creating the blueprint and creative concepts for email marketing and AB testing, managing the database and implementing reactivation strategies
