This role will give you licence to really flourish, build a marketing department to best fit - and take the brand on the next phase of their journey.
- Manage the company's marketing budget and return on investment
- Development and implementation of brand strategy
- Operational planning of the marketing plan
- Management of the rolling NPD plan from concept through to launch
- Drive to become as close to the consumer through listening groups, social interaction and shopper connects
- Work closely with the sales function to drive shopper penetration
- Development and management of the brands online and digital media strategy
This role will allow you to think outside the box, and get your entrepreneurial juices following.

What we are looking for:
- A Marketing Manager / Senior Brand Manager on the cusp of promotion, or an established Head of Marketing looking for something new. - FMCG / consumer experience in a must.
- You will be able to think outside the box, have worked with small budgets and understand how to maximise return on investment.
