Head of Marketing Communications - the role:
Leading a team of 5, working closely with a global Head, you will be developing and implementing strategies and campaigns that will help increase the profile and reputation of the organisation. This role will span a number of initiatives, including Brand, Digital, Media promotions, and internal communications.
This is a hugely critical role in the Marketing team, requiring strong hands-on skills, and will require a full marketing mix and strong transformation skills.
Responsibilities span: marketing roadmap ownership, championing the brand, driving digital strategies, internal communications strategy, agency management, etc. More details available on request.

- A strong track-record in marketing & communications with financial services (or technology B2B)
- 5yrs+ managing and leading marketing teams
- Strong experience of developing and implementing integrated marketing & communication strategies
