City based Fund Management have a maternity booking for six months to join their Management Services Department. Responsibilities :
To provide administrative support for the Fund Desk covering client mandates & fund provider documentation, newsletters, information updates, annual audit requirements and managing mailing/distribution lists on CRM systems & various company websites.
To be part of the overall marketing efforts of the Company in an administrative capacity to the sales/marketing team to produce newsletters, brochures and other customer documents/hand-outs. To support the marketing efforts of fund desk, and fund advisory activities.
To supervise the overall Management Services functions and the Office Services Assistant role.
To provide day to day support to the Managing Director and the Management team and to organise all functions, corporate entertainment and travel arrangements.
To set and minute various in-house meetings and produce open task lists for action.
To liaise with Head Office colleagues to maintain internal Group information (telephone list, meetings, publications.
French or German language skills would be a distinct advantage.
