A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Legal Support, based in Manchester with Firm wide responsibility.

The Head of Legal Support will have overall responsibility for the management, deployment and structure of the direct support teams across the business while encouraging flexibility and the efficient use of resources.

The position will include monitoring performance implementing best practice and overall responsibility for manpower planning and resourcing.

We are keen to discuss the role with candidates looking to apply their leadership skills gained ideally within a law firm or other professional services environment whilst driving exceptional direct support service standards. A strong background in building key relationships, problem solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations while maintaining professionalism and effectiveness under pressure, are key elements to the role.

Regular travel will be required across our offices in the UK and Ireland.
